You can use Kingston UK as your umbrella company at any time whether you are mid-contract or waiting to start a new contract, or just looking for a new and tax efficient way of being paid.

New contract
If you are starting a new contract, then all you need to do is provide us with the details and we will, on your instruction, contact your agency/client to inform them of your intention to use us as your umbrella company.

Mid contract
If you are mid-contract, simply let your agency/client know that you would like to resign your contract to Kingston UK, instead of your limited company. Your agency/client will then issue Kingston UK a contract for the remaining period, which we will need to sign. You are then free to close or make dormant your limited company as you wish.
