Getting set up with Kingston UK couldn’t be simpler!
First, you’ll need to register with us. You can register on this site and one of our team will be in touch to discuss our services and, if you are happy to proceed, set you up with Kingston UK.
Next, we establish a contact with your client to put a service agreement in place, one that is compliant with IR35 employment legislation (particularly important if you’re contracting or freelancing).
Once this is done, we will arrange to be paid by the client on your behalf. Upon receipt of the funds, we will calculate your pay, taking into account all legitimate business expenses and stoppages, paying you by BACS on the same day we receive funds from your client.
The only responsibility you will have is to ensure we receive one of our completed expense claim forms from you for each payment we process.
We will manage everything, including following up with your client on your behalf if a payment is overdue.
